We are a cooperative society founded in 1999 that offers consultancy services in the field of European planning, social planning and in the application of monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment techniques for social programs and projects. We believe in the active participation of the different entities involved in the implementation of activities and projects, considered as subjects carrying wisdom, knowledge, experiences and cultural models.
We are an association that has, among its main goals, the involvement of youth in the European dimension of access to funding in view of occupation and superior education. Our mission is to provide all information, networking, services, and tools needed to improve the participation in EU funded projects to achieve a higher capacity of absorption of EU funding.

Rujienas novada pasvaldiba has an institution Youth initiative center. Open since September 2012. Rujienas multifunctional youth initiative center represents youngsters in age from 13 to 27. The Center is the place where social problems are discussed and new ideas are generated. We organize activities like meeting with personalities, playing games, drawing, dancing, and discussions. We have a group of interests working in social, sport and cultural field. The new ideas and international cooperation involve more young people to be with social responsibility. We are participating in different projects, organizing camps, free time activities, sports events, and voluntary work.
